Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If your shipping address is outside the UK, you will not be able to complete checkout. We will update this page if that changes.

Shipping cost

Delivery within the UK is free. There is no minimum order value, and no charges are added after checkout.

Delivery time

Our standard option is Free UK delivery, estimated at 5–8 business days in total. This estimate includes both printing and binding your personalized book and carrier transit. Your current delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed over a weekend or on a public holiday begins processing on the next business day. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays and busy periods can occasionally extend them.

Made to order

Every MiraPocket photo book is printed and bound after you place your order — nothing is held in stock. The 5–8 business day estimate above includes this production stage. Please allow extra time when ordering for a birthday, anniversary, or other fixed date.

Order confirmation and shipping

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email once your book is on its way. Where the carrier provides tracking, the tracking details are included in the shipping email.

If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate shown at checkout, email us at support@mirapocket.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@mirapocket.com as soon as possible — if the order has not yet shipped, we can usually correct it. Once a package has shipped to an incorrectly entered address, we may not be able to recover it, and because each book is personalized we cannot resend it free of charge.

Damaged or missing packages

If your book arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but nothing has arrived, email support@mirapocket.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the packaging and the book. We will arrange a free reprint or a refund — see our Returns & refunds page.

Returns

Photo books are personalized and printed to order, so change-of-mind returns are not available except where required by applicable law. What we can do if something is wrong is set out on our Returns & refunds page.
